Ours is a quiet family home in a convenient neighbourhood. The suite is immaculate, cozy and bright, with large south facing windows. There is a washer and dryer in the suite, and a recently installed high efficiency gas fireplace, as well as electric heat. There is a separate entrance at the front corner of the house. The suite is totally furnished (couch, chair, bookcase, dining table and four chairs, small desk, bed, dresser) and includes dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment, as well as linens and all cleaning equipment. There is a large storage space. Our home is a one block walk to bus routes, two to the Endowment Lands trails, four to Dunbar shopping areas.

The suite would suit a quiet,single, mature professional.

Our home is extremely convenient for those working at UBC. We have had post-docs, professional staff and visiting facultyas renters in the past. The owner is a former UBC faculty member.

We are seeking a one year lease. The suite is available Nov.1st or sooner if required.
