My husband and I live on a 4-bedroom house with our 4 year old husky in Biola area of La Mirada 10 min walk from the campus. Location .4 miles from Biola Our son just left out of town for college, and we would like to rent one of our rooms for Biola students. The student room is fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, closet with mirrored sliding doors, ceiling fan, wifi, tv, cable)The rent includes access to all the facilities on the house fully equiped kitchen, laundry room including a pool and garage space. .
