Water, sewer, and trash provided, residents will be billed monthly for electric usage. Storage shed (coming soon), coin-op laundry, and shower/restroom facilities are included as well. RV MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 10 YEARS AT TIME OF MOVE IN - NO EXCEPTIONS. Space will fit RVs up to 14 1/2" wide and 27" long. All persons over the age of 18 must submit an application.
